  • Duration: The book club spans two months per book.

  • Meetings: In-person discussion and incorporation of yoga (breathwork) are held at the end of each cycle.

How it Works

What’s Included

  • In-person meet-up scheduled for the end of two months. The meet-up includes a discussion of the book and incorporation of an aspect of yoga (guided meditation, breathwork, gentle yoga class, etc.). The date is announced in advance.

  • Bi weekly emails to highlight an aspect or provided reflection quesitons of the book

  • Online discussion channel to chat and with other club members to engage more before the in-person meet up.

  • This sessions book is The Art of Happiness by Dalai Lama and Howard C. Cutler.

  • In-Person meeting up is Friday June 14th at 6:30pm at the studio.
