Kelly loves sharing yoga and believes that each one of us is our own healer. Everyone has the ability to create and discover a relationship with themselves that fosters compassion, love and trust.
Yoga has been part of her life for over 12 years. She started with the intention to heal a running injury and continue to deepen her practice.

This led her to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher program in 2016 from Timeless Yoga in Utah. Then in 2019, she finished her training to become a 500-hour registered yoga teacher in Bali with Zuna Yoga.

When teaching she hopes for her students to find balance mentally, physically, and spiritually by providing them with a practice that they can embody in their daily lives off the mat.
